Sound Bath

Sound Bath Therapy is a deeply relaxing experience designed to help your body and mind reset. During a session, you’ll lie comfortably while soothing sound frequencies from instruments such as crystal singing bowls and chimes guide you into a meditative state. These vibrations help calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and support mental clarity without requiring any effort on your part.

Sound Bath at Kerry Forest

Many people experience improved sleep, reduced anxiety, and a sense of emotional balance after a sound bath. They can also support mindfulness, relaxation, and overall well-being, making it a great option for anyone looking to unplug and recharge.

Sound Bath Therapy sessions are offered monthly at Fit and Functional in our Kerry Forest location starting January 28th, 2026, with the option to pair your session with a sauna visit on the same day at Solitude Sauna. Combining sound therapy with heat exposure can further enhance relaxation, circulation, and recovery.

Availability for same-day sound bath and sauna sessions is limited, so advance booking is recommended.
