This group training program is for any student athletes ages 13-18 and focuses on functional strength training that is core centric. Workouts are 1-2 times per week and will improve overall strength, balance, and flexibility. The program will elevate functional ability while reducing chances of injury. Available at both Midtown and Kerry Forest locations.
