Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout designed to strengthen your core, improve flexibility, and enhance overall body awareness. By focusing on controlled movements and proper alignment, it helps build long, lean muscles, improve posture, and support injury prevention. This joint-friendly practice increases balance, coordination, and functional strength, making everyday movements easier and more efficient.    I love taking this class because the instructor is always very attentive and helpful and I feel comfortable asking questions. It’s really helped me improve my form and taught me the importance of breath work.
