Yoga Flow incorporates functional movements through a series of asanas (yoga postures), by which the student experiences a sense of fluid physical motion. Because the Flow in Yoga Flow is not confined to any lineage or style, the background of an individual teacher will give each class a specific structure and feel. In participating in "Flow Yoga", know that you will get a nice mixture of relaxation, breath work, and energizing movement; but you will also get a nice hint of the background of the individual teacher.
Our Level 1 Yoga Flow is a hour long instructed class that is designed for those who have had no previous exposure to yoga, but are eager to learn and start experiencing the amazing benefits of a yoga practice. Through the combination of learning functional movements, breathing techniques, and foundational postures, you will be rewarded with an energizing and invigorating experience.
