As one moves into their 60+ years of life, the importance of fitness becomes amplified. One of life’s goals for most is to maintain physical wellness as long as possible.
Our private and semi private personal training sessions for seniors (active agers) are safe and effective. The goal of our senior training programs is improve overall functional ability which includes, balance training, mobility training, strength, and muscular endurance.
