Mat Class – These classes are performed using your own body weight and small equipment. Build awareness, streamline your body, flatten your abs, and strengthen your back. Prerequisites: None
Classes offered at GroupFit Studio
Reformer Class – Performed on the Reformer, these classes add spring resistance in addition to your body. Classes will be created with a mixture of matwork, reformer, fitness circle, stability ball, and flexband exercises. Challenge your core stability, increase flexibility, flatten your abdominals, and become more connected with how your body works.
Duet – Work out with a friend or have us arrange a partner for you. Prerequisites: Same work out level or a similar postural analysis.
Private – Utilizing postural analysis, an individualized Pilates work out program will be designed for your specific needs. Prerequisites: Postural Analysis Consultation
** Group classes are not for those persons with acute physical problems or newly out of physical rehabilitation. Private sessions will be recommended, with the possibility of joining group classes after a period of time. Prerequisites: 3-5 private sessions at instructor’s discretion.
